This husband, wife and daughter powerhouse trilogy are some of the hardest working, honest and professional people I have ever worked with in ANY industry. Danny consistently went above and beyond on all tasks set forth. He was an advisor, an industry expert and most importantly he and his team consistently kept my husband and I informed and apprised of all the important milestones we needed to keep track of. From start to finish, Kourtney with the Lavine Team made the experience as a first-time homebuyer such a breeze. I had a lot of questions during the process and Kourtney was patient and always available to give us knowledgeable and thorough answers and follow through with anything we needed. Given that this can be a challenging time to purchase a home with the rising prices and interest rates, we were hopeful but also prepared to have to settle for something less than what we wanted. I really wasn’t expecting that we would not only find but be able to purchase a home that exceeded the needs and wants for our family. With Kourtney’s guidance and suggestions we were able to win the bid on our new home; she worked closely with our Lender and the Escrow company in order to help us close on our home within 30 days. Kourtney went above and beyond to research and answer any and all questions and concerns that we had. Kourtney's communication with us and the teamwork that she established with everyone involved was a 10/10 and I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated that and understand how instrumental that was in helping us close. I cannot recommend Kourtney and the Levine Team enough. Thank you for everything!
