We worked with Sam at this community. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and works on a high level of professionalism. I would recommend Lennar home builders to anyone that is considering to buy new construction.

I was going to purchase a Monterey unit through Christine back in 2023. I was told I would be put on the list and that I would be next. Months go by no call from Christine, so I decide to call her back and ask if there any units were released. She replied over the phone, "oh I already sold a few units. I don't know how you got taken off the list. The next batch is coming out soon, but the price will be $100k more." I decided to contact Sam instead, who verbally gave me prices lower than what Christine said over the phone, so I decided to follow up with him over the next two months. After another two months, he finally texts me and says the next few has released. Interior is this much and exterior is this amount. We are actually doing auction style to the highest bidder. Please submit your financials and highest bid by tomorrow. I was told from the very beginning they would not do this and had it in list style to avoid any conflicts. Christine and Sam were very kind in person, however had other ideas. Avoid Lennar as a PTC.

Realtors careful. I was told on phone that they are offering co-brokerage and helped me setup an appointment also for me and my clients. When visited there in person with the clients, the sales consultant informs me that now they don't co-brokerage. Seriously. This is unethical and a gimmick. So careful Realtors if introducing your clients.
