These homes are cookie cutter, cheaply made, and WAY TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. They have built hundreds of homes here but the freeway is 2 lanes....it is already a major commuter freeway. These traffic problems will only get worse. What greedy people....Screw You Lennar Homes. 580 cannot handle this development but you did it anyway!!! Image shows traffic at 5am...imagine at 6 or 7am. Imagine when it rains. Imagine when all the houses have families in them a year from now. I bet the developers don't live in this mess.

There is so much wrong with the community and lennar

1. The roads are very narrow to enter and exit the community.
2 . Because of no proper exit points its very difficult to evacuate during emergency situations (wild fires) .
3. Please search about corral hollow and it made residents panic.
4. The school is in the beginning of the community, which creates so much traffic during peak hours .
5. The home insurance is ridiculous.
6. Parks are so full with so many people elderly and kids .many kids drive electric bikes with no safe guards and conduct race .
7. Some community has groups creating unhealthy neighborhoods.
8.schools have no physical activities.
Lennar lost it integrity from pandemic time. Cheap stuff ..
9. Instead constructing houses on the other side of the tracy hills/interstate . You could have made it a park with outdoor activities for kids .

This place is a bullshit. Asked us to come and said they can’t give us a tour which we went for. They don’t value customers time, very rude and unprofessional service. Don’t recommend them. Totally fraudulent.

Iv drove past this place and it's not east of sanfransisco. It's south of Oakland and sanfransisco. Going north from the central valley you come across this community about 20 to 30 minutes before you hit Oakland......

Yes the houses are beautiful.Way to expensive. There is no mall. Tracy is not a nice city. No good shopping.
There are not even any quality restaurants in Tracy For this price I would buy in the bay area.What good is a beaitifull house for this price in the middle of no where.
That is my opinion. Moved to the valley 10 years ago from the bay. I miss the quality of the bay.
