Horrible place. A few packages of mine were mistakenly sent to the Shenandoah Arms where I used to live. I called the property manager and she said she couldn't help me. I called Legow Management and they actually told me to go there and see if I could find the packages. Since I lived there, I KNOW the postal service has a key and leaves packages in the lobby!!! I have called the manager every day, asking for a phone call regarding my items and she won't call me back or answer her phone. Moving was a wise decision!!!

I found everyone in Legow Management, from Mr. Legow to all of his staff, to always be very professional, honest, and responsive to the needs of his tenants, which were promptly addressed. (Obviously, I totally disagree with the the former reviewer based upon both my mother's and my personal experiences over the course of 16+ years.) In addition, speaking with regard to the apartments in Brandywyne at Brielle where my mother lived, the apartments are extremely nice and the property is always very well maintained. The location is beautiful and ideal in so many ways. (Remember the phrase location, location, location...) I would fully endorse Legow Management and highly recommend the Apartments at Brandywyne in Brielle to anyone who is looking for a rental property that they will absolutely love.

Don shots yelled at me for fixing something that they should have fixed, and then he had the nerve to yell at me saying THAT IS WHY YOU PAY RENT!
And that item still isn't fixed after two years
Then I tried working with Nick minocha, I call and left a message twice no call back from him, I left a message saying how I felt threatened by don and didn't want to work with him, and if he could call me back ....no call back
I sign a lease, and they sent me another one back saying its was the wrong date, BUT the new one had a higher lease .....how did I get that wrong date lease if they didn't send it to me

I would be very careful with this place. They will tell you one thing and do another. They will rob you for your money. Read the fine print because what they say and do are two different things. If you put in an application be prepared to loose your money. They say you have 7 days to either sign or get your money back this is not true. Once you sign the application and you decide you dont want it they will keep all your money. BE CAREFUL..... I give no stars for being greedy lying thieves. THE OWNERS ARE MONEY GREEDY THIEVES.

Right now I have no power. This is the 5th time and they keep blaming the power co. I lived in another complex that was built at the same time as here. Did not ever have this problem. So this complex has inadequite service, but the other complex is fine.

They work incredibly hard and are always very professional and understanding. The people at the very top of this company are incredibly good people. while supers come and go, the upper management stays concise and hard working.
