I moved into these apartments in 2023 and my AC has went out more than 4 times since moving in here! And now it’s 2024 and the AC has went out for the second time ALREADY this year!! My apartment gets up to 80 degrees and instead of them getting it fixed I was told that every apartment has its own problems! I recently found out that I was pregnant and these conditions are unacceptable! They HAVE NOT treated this serious situation like a #1 priority, so before even signing a lease here be sure to ask if your unit has any ongoing concerns that you need to be informed about because if not you WILL REGRET IT!

This is a very nice apartment complex. Beautiful landscape! Great staff! Gated community! Dog park, car wash area, garages, Amazon Hub box, apartments well maintained, pretty much quiet, of course you always have those few. This is a great place. The apartments are nice, quiet, and very clean. Every week the landscaping is being maintained. The office mananger, Kim is very nice and she handles any concerns you have very promptly and makes it a priority. It great to know that it’s still genuine people in the world that care.

I’ve stayed here for a year and a half and I must say, it was the best living experience I could have asked for. The apartments are a nice size and includes washer/drier in units. It has really nice appliances and its a peaceful/quiet community. The leasing office staff was always prompt and available to handle any concerns. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any repairs. If you are looking for an apartment complex that is reasonably priced, safe and nice, please stop by Legends at Taylor Lakes. You will not regret it!!!!

Great location to live! Staff is very friendly. Sometimes need a bit of reminding, but that might be because they respond to all of our needs. Maintenance at Legends is the best I've ever experienced and I've lived in 4 different apartment locations, including in Birmingham. Apartments are spacious and quality. Location is wonderful too - 5 minutes from shopping and eating. A bit further from 65, since we are in Southeast Montgomery, but traffic down Taylor Road isn't ever too bad. Community is usually not too loud and it's nice to see several people walking in the mornings and night.

The staff is really good, maintenance staff is great and responds very quickly(most of the time) to your requests. The ticketing system is very good and I wish it was a law that made other apartments use this system so they can track repairs needed. 1 point off because if you rent a room that’s above a garage that bedroom is gonna get really hot during the summer.

Ahh, seems better now so 5 stars it is.

If you like hotels like the Marriott come here, you pay for what you get. Top notch high quality customer service. The professional management team is amazing and onsite handles any and all issues immediately. Maintenance Team is amazing and they are all very responsive.
I’ve enjoyed my living experience here and would highly recommend it for people who like a good, safe, professional environment. Most of the neighbors here work jobs and are very professional in nature so there is no dis-functional activity that you have to worry about. Families enjoy the whole facility, gym, business center and pool amenities frequently.

In the last 8 years I have lived in 4 states in 6 different apartment complexes. Legends is easily my favorite. Neat and quiet place with good amenities. Good value for money , rent is decent.

they do good community events and makes you feel good. All my neighbors here were nice.

the management and help staff is great. I have dealt with, megan, Sam, Ashley,Dallas , Charles and Chris. All super helpful and super responsible and have a quick turn around.

Its a great place to live, I have no qualms in recommending it.
