We loved selling our home through Travis Bard and his Legacy Real Estate Network. Travis helped us price our home at a price point that attracted the number of prospective home buyers that we needed to close our sale within a reasonable time period. He has years of experience in the area as evidenced by the fact that his family name adorns one of the streets near our house in the Williamson Valley area. Travis and Jessica were wonderful to deal with, and were always available when we needed to get in touch. Emily Mier and the whole team she works with at Legacy did a great job. Purchasing from afar is difficult. She showed us dozens of houses and once we picked one she was hands on in terms of getting inspections done, dealing with the HOA, identifying workmen to get improvements done, etc. She worked a lot of hours and stayed on top of myriad details. Great experience for us.
