I have rented from Legacy Properties and Devin for 1 1/2 yrs now. Devin has always been very responsive to any needs or requests for service I have had. When I had some medical issues and needed their understanding and help. Devin was superb and supportive. I highly recommend Devin as a property manager. Very happy with my rental and Devin.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY that I've ever dealt with. To keep it short and to the point. If You're Homeless, on Disability, and UNEDUCATED on the Benefits that You have APPLIED. Don't lease from Company. Mr Devin (owner) Received my Benefits B4 Me( Section 8), Program Legacy Properties are apart of (Aurora Housing). The Company STOLEN my ACP/LIFELINE Benefits, NED/MS5 VOUCHERS, and applied them elsewhere. It took me over an year to find out my IDENTITY WAS STOLEN YET AGAIN.. NATIONAL VERIFIER advised me, Shut it ALL DOWN😡🙏⚔️I HAVE TO START OVER, BUT I ALSO FILLED WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION...

Devin Bewley worked with me as my Property Manager for several years and I was very happy with his service. You get something different working with Devin than if you go with a bigger company. He is never too busy to help you with anything you need and everything is dealt with a personal touch...rather than big business politics where you are just one of many and no one really cares. I never thought I would have any issues with my renters, but when I did Devin did not duck out on me, he went way above and beyond to help me. He strives to do the right thing and understands that your house needs to be well cared for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I highly recommend Devin and Legacy Properties!

As an owner my experience with Legacy Properties has been abysmal. Multiple emails and calls over a two week period to Devin drew no response when I had a critical tenant situation. Also, I am constantly having to get clarifications on their statements as they do not match distributions. Devin has now disappeared and has yet to deposit outstanding rent due to me. I would caution anyone engaging this firm for property management.

We first hired Devin 2 years ago to manage my parent's rental properties. He was great the first year and a half, helped with cleaning up properties, finding tenants and was very good about communications. In the last 4 months the service has changed tremendously-night and day! Deposits were short funds and deposited later, He has kept rental monies without explanation, allowed a tenants to leave without payment and didn't provide follow up information as requested so I could pursue further, let water bills remain unpaid with high balances, not returned security deposits owed after termination of contract, and completely cut communications despite mutilple attempts via text, email and phone. Be forewarned... as what starts out very well will end in loss of funds for you. It is unfortunate as he seemed like a very nice and reputable person. Very disappointed.
