Beautiful models. But none of the upgrades are available on purchase. No extra cabinets , no patio cover, no extra large sliding door and no option to extend RV garage as stated online

Be aware of these Richmond American Homes sales reps @legacy .. They never stick and honor the price what they promised and agreed while working on purchase agreement and going through credit check ... After the credit check done and while working on the sales agreement, just they will start their mind game .. simply they will say, the builder is not agreeing for this price, and they are asking for 7-15K more price. This kind of mind game . Also you should be very careful on options , ensure that .. in the options list.. those are all listed properly and proper copy. These sales reps are keep on changing the included options list .. they will making you confuse and will send different kind of option list after you sign in. Worst sales experience ever..

Better don't waste your time and dealing with these unethical sales representatives, These sales reps playing very dirty and mind game.

Guys, don't get fooled by the price increase. They are really increasing the prices for these houses left/right and it is uncontrollable. Within 15 days they increased $49500 on one of the models. I exactly know how mouch friend paid for the home who bought just 15 days ago. They tell you that every third home they sell it they are increasing the house price by $7500 but it is not the case, I can see that they are increasing the price for every 3 customer or less. When I ask about why they increase the price by so much they are telling all kinds of stories. I am sure lots of people are looking for investment homes but these home are not for that, you literally need to buy to stay there. I would believe them if I see factual data. Just be careful.

Really disappointed in Richmond America. We have purchased a new and was preparing for our walkthrough, and a two month delay. The day before our walkthrough and 1-week before closing we found out there will be at least 1-month delay, because of poor management and communication from their staff on completing the correct Edison permits. My 80 year old parents and partner will be homeless because we were informed at the day before our walkthrough and can no longer request an extension to our lease. We are going to incur additional moving costs to store our furniture and hotel fees. If only this was communicated earlier we could have made arrangements on our lease. This is poor project management, poor communication and poor customer service. I don’t know what we are going to do.

To respond to the owners response, I appreciate thanking me for working with you on this issue, but I have not seen where anyone is work with us on this delay. Our home was scheduled to be completed February/ March 2024 we are now in May. We were required to sign a document that stated there would be $350 a day fine if I delay closing, what is Richmond America penalty for their mistakes? I am incurring additional storage fees, and rent.

Very bad experience with sales agents, pricing and options, not worthy to spend time with this builder, sales agents and artificially increased pricing.
