If you're looking for an honest realtor, that knows Lewis Smith Lake extremely well, I highly recommend Lee. He worked with my husband and I from out of state. The multiple trips we made to Alabama to look at houses or land, Lee was always available to show us around. I cant thank him enough for his professionalism and more importantly his honesty. I knew he would never steer us in the wrong direction. Thanks again Lee, we look forward to being Alabama residents in the near future.

Great service. I have used Lee McKibben on purchasing both a home and a lot on the lake. I found him to be extremely thorough and was pleased enough, to then use him to sell both a lake house and an off water home. Gives great advice and does not cut corners. We worked with Lee when we still lived in another state and had little time between visits and a lot of ground to cover. He bent over backwards to cut out whole days to run around looking at numerous properties. Anyone that has ever looked for homes on a lake without having a clue about which area you want to be in KNOWS how difficult this is. We were not high budget customers but he treated as if we were. When we first started looking we weren't even sure what lake we wanted to live on. As a matter of fact we weren't totally sold on which state we wanted to live in. During this time we had contact with LOT of Realtors we looked in Tn., Mo. and Ar. Logan Martin , Martin, Lay Lake and river properties. None of those realtors took as much time with us and were as prepared as Lee.
His knowledge of the area was and is extremely helpful. Doing business with him was a first step to a wonderful friendship. It is impossible to work with him and not become a friend there isn't any hidden agenda with this guy he is open, funny, honest and you would do well to use him as your agent.

Hi All of your buyers and sellers! I sold my lot and Lee was my realtor. My lot was considered to be "hard to sell" as it was in a very failing, challenging water front community. Lee didn't provide me false hope in selling the property but was very realistic with the expectations and selling price point. The property sold and I was glad.
