Emily and Lee were the most helpful and friendly realtors. We were from out of state and this moving process could've been difficult or stressful, but it was actually really enjoyable and stress free! They answered all our questions immediately and were never pushy. Lee, Emily and their assistant Mary were absolutely amazing to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, well connected and personable. Lee & Emily were fantastic! They were always available to see houses, even during their busiest months and summer holidays. They were committed to finding me the right house and were more than patient through the 6-month process. It was also helpful that Lee is a general contractor and would point out some potential concerns when touring a house, especially with most people waiving inspections these days. In the end, I ended up in the perfect house and beat out 20 other offers! Since closing, Lee and Emily have been immensely helpful in recommending contractors for various projects and dropping off their trailer to move furniture.
