We closed our house with Bon just 2 months ago. We asked our cousin who is also a realtor in a different area to recommend us the best realtor in Contra Costa, so we met Bon. We are supper happy with result and the time Bon had spent to help us to find the best one. Bon and his Team are professional, and he knows this area so well. He made sure we are in the budget frame and understand clients' expectations. One thing we like about Bon that he does provide us good feedbacks once we asked and answered all the questions. BUT at the same time, he was not interfering nor influencing our decision to close the deal even though we were in some sensitive situations. We appreciate his honesty and "GPS" mode but we were the ones that steering the wheel and made our own decision. If you are about to buy house, I suggest to have to set list of what you want and communicate clearly with Bon and don't be shy to ask. I believe he will not disappoint you. Highly recommend Bon to friends and family.
