Casey and his team were phenomenal for the last 4 years as their tenant. They were always available whenever there were any issues. The online portal made paying rent easy and also reporting any issues with the property. The only reason we left was because we bought our first home; if not we would have continued staying at that property.

If you’re looking for a rental in California and notice that Leasing Alert is the property manager in charge then be prepared for a nightmare experience. You get shunned if you ask any clarifying questions or try to negotiate anything. You will get pathologically lied to. My wife and I along with our newborn were waiting on them to send the lease agreement for us to sign and then abruptly they message us saying that the property has been rented to someone else. Casey is a little child whom acts superior to you. It’s sad that someone can’t have some common courtesy to explain the process in an understandable manner. A typical arrogant California guy stressed out about how he’s going to pay his next bill because he doesn’t have a reliable source of income. Literally a 25 year old sounding kid lying due to being jealous of our high income and ability to catch his bluffs. Stating that the property was taken by someone else because we asked a couple questions, sensitive little kid can’t handle grown adults having a conversation with him and has to resort to being defensive and butt-hurt by asking questions before commuting to a lease. Imagine being sent an email asking if we’d like to move forward and sign a lease and then us responding yes for him to then say sorry the property is no longer available. At the end of the day we are happy that it didn’t work out because this property management company made the process bitter and not enjoyable from our very first interaction with them. Sensitive, thin skinned little kids trying to run a property management company. Thankfully we have proof of their discriminatory actions that are against California rental law and will be taking legal action. BEWARE and stay away from any property that is managed by Leasing Alert!

Simply put, Casey Coffey, with Leasing Alert, is the best property manager I've worked with, #1 out of about 22. We own property in 5 states and I wish I can clone him to manage them all. His in-depth knowledge and easy going demeanor has always put me at ease. He is very responsive and his advice is consistently spot-on, proven to always have been correct.
