Inna is the best. When I decided to rent my SF condo, I had a plan and a monthly rent in mind and figured I would just rent on my own through my network. After a few months of really nothing happening there, my friend in real estate suggested I call Inna. After meeting with Inna, I hired her immediately. Ironically I did not check a single reference or read reviews. She just inspires that type of confidence. Now that I am here to endorse her for anyone looking to rent their home in SF, it is clear that she really has this leasing market figured out. She immediately came in, directed me where I needed directing, offered insight where I had none (I have no idea what color I should paint my walls?) and then arranged cleaning, photos, videos, etc. She also has great judgment and I had just relocated so really could not be around to make sure the painting was done right, or the cleaning was thorough. We had many tours scheduled within a day of launching on the market. Is there a commission to pay?
