He’s helped me when I had many questions about the process and was understanding when I requested a couple days to get everything together since I had just started a new job and didn’t quite have all of my paperwork and payment ready. Well I have to take back my previous 5 star review. 3 days after I paid $1800 down and still owing $700 for a down payment while on the interstate my car stopped. Gas hand showed a half of a tank I was almost 3 hours from home heading out of state, and it was 11 pm. I had to leave my car and WALK to the closest hotel and pay for a room. I called the dealership as soon as they opened the next morning and spoke to Chris, the manager, who seemed very annoyed with my situation. He said he was sending a wrecker to get us, the wrecker was his father who was very kind. He took me to the dealership and dropped me and my luggage off and took the car to the repair shop. After about an hour and a half I was told it was a bad fuel pump and they’d have it fixed in a little over an hour. FOUR hours later I was told that it’s ready to be picked up that it actually wasn’t the fuel pump out it was just out of gas (remember the gas hand said a half of a tank) the sensor on the pump that measures the fuel level had fallen off but they fixed it and were taking me to it. Great. Get to the repair shop where I was told “the part they sent us has the same exact problem” yea ok, I’m not stupid, the sensor was removed from the tank and that was it. So now my vehicle just shows straight empty all the time. I was told I wouldn’t be reimbursed for my hotel bc “you were just out of gas” even though I was sold a car with defective equipment. I just paid $350 toward the rest of my down payment yesterday, and this morning while trying to take my son to school my car won’t start. They hit the kill switch, and if I hadn’t paid. Called the manager and he informed me that he doesn’t go in until 9 so there’s nothing he can do. I just find it extremely unprofessional and ridiculous to have paid $2150 total and I haven’t had the car a month and have dealt with this many issues. 10/10 DO NOT go here to purchase a car. Customer service is GARBAGE!!!!!

Update to you guys lying response: My daughter was supposed to get a 2014 because that’s what she was told (which is a push button!) When she picked up the car it was a 2012! To address the next lie, my daughter did not go to several places and was turned down. We ended up there because 1 place referred us there, 1! No matter what you guys say, I’ve called several times trying to get this worked out because you guys sold her a lemon! Which after reading you guys reviews, this has been an ongoing problem for you guys. Yes she’s 23 but she still my kid and I will always speak up for her. I didn’t have time yesterday but I do today. I will make sure that my family and friends leave you guys reviews today! It’s crazy how you guys can reply and not tell the full truth but can’t simply make things right! My child has called y’all way too many times for a car that she hasn’t had for 2 months! That’s the problem you guys feel like that people have no other option but to get stuck with your raggedy cars so you guys intentionally overcharge for the cars and they’re lemons. Then y’all try to make it seem like you’re paying the sales tax to make it sound good, when actually the car is only worth about $3000 cash! Bye and you guys will most definitely be hearing from us again the legal way also!

DO NOT GO HERE! I literally hated to give you guys 1 star because you don’t deserve that! My child purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruise from these people and from day 1 she’s had problems with it from the transmission to God knows what else. First of all they had her to sign a contract where she’s going to pay $18,000 when she’s done paying it off. (The 2024 Chevy Cruise is barely that price!) I spoke with Chris who is one of the higher ups and he refused to talk to me and literally hung up in my face! The told my daughter that if she brings the car back that it would be considered a volunteer repo and it would go in her credit! This so disgusting and evil! You have been warned to not go here! My family and friends will be leaving reviews also on Google and Social Media!

From the time my family and I walked through the door, Sante took amazing care of us all. He’s the guy to come see, for sure!! They made sure to genuinely try their hardest to make sure we left with a car, anyway they could’ve worked with us to make this possible! Affordable monthly payment, reasonable down payment, and nice selection of cars. Customer service was superb, we shared a couple laughs, and we will definitely be referring more people to come and visit him when in the market for a car. 10/10 across the board, such a refreshing experience visiting them. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I personally know others(3ppl), who have been thru the same situation as myself. Bought a vehicle 2010 Toyota Matrix almost 2yrs ago, ($530 a month), breaks battery alternator all been replaced in last year, 3 weeks ago motor went out. The car lot said my "only option was to take it to one of their mechanics and they finance the repairs." A week later after car is at their shop I get a call says it needs a new motor ($6000, half upfront). Keep in mind, I called and told them the mechanic I took it to had told me it was the timing chain and needed a motor. My note was due a couple days later. So they will not help me with another car and expect me to pay $3000 upfront for a new motor. All because I still show owing $11k. A 2010, almost two years $530 monthly
THEY SUCK!! ALSO THE APP THEY PROVIDE FOR YOU TO MAKE PAYMENTS SHOWS ONE Amount, BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY CHARGING YOU MORE. IF YOU HAVE A CAR FROM THEM, CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK. THEY ARE GETTING OVER ON PPL BIG-TIME!!!
