My family is interested in a property, so we went to see it. I quickly turned in the application and the necessary documentation because there was a lot of competition. John responded to my questions professionally and has always done so more promptly than I had anticipated. When home repairs need to be done, John and Michael are there to take care of the matter quickly and to keep us informed on the progress of the repairs—also, John walks through the house throughout the renewal to ensure that any required repairs will be handled.
