Since 2014, Lawrence Property Management LLC has consistently exceeded my expectations in managing my rental property. They respond quickly and meticulously to any issues that arise on a daily basis, making both me and my tenants happy and satisfied. I own other properties in different states and locations, and Lawrence has been by far the most organized property manager I've ever seen. They have all three success factors that I look for in a management firm. They have a good statement report system (they use an online application), so I don't have to wait for the mail or the post to arrive, and I have direct contact with my assigned Property Manager (direct phone line) and prompt responses to my emails and inquiries. Simply the best!!

We had an exceptional experience working with our rental home after we relocated. Any time something needed to be done, they found the right companies to take care of whatever we needed for a fair and equitable price. We were clients for 2 years.
