Worried that we were late to the game for a summer rental -- Lauren Seddon returned my call when I was looking for options. After exploring various ideas to accommodate 9 people and coming up empty - I parted ways with Lauren asking that she just keep me in mind should something come up. Fast forward about a month - and not only did something come up - but it was right in the neighborhood we wanted and the house was immaculate. Lauren was great -- she met us in March to see house, was professional at every turn and always responsive, completely understanding to all our needs. I look forward to working with Lauren again on future rentals and hopefully someday a purchase!

We absolutely loved staying at the “Flamingo” house. We stayed there last year and thought it was adorable!!! Our grandchildren loved seeing all the flamingo decor. We bought them matching flamingo outfits this year specially for the house. LBI is our favorite place to vacation. We appreciate the care that the owner gives to her property. Everything is beautiful and it is well taken care of. This is our first experience with Lauren and we were very pleased with the way she handled everything. Looking forward to next year!!!
