Las Palmas doesn't deserve any stars. I lived there for 5 years and they went up on the rent every year. Las Palmas never tried to build customer relationships but build their pockets. Las Palmas never made any upgrades even after I asked for the sprinklers in the backyard to be fixed as it was broken prior to me moving there. Also I had several issues with the AC witch was switched out prior to getting a 60 day notice. I get it , it's business but I had to leave and now Im paying what they are currently asking for with a better Property Manager and amenities. Thanks Las Palmas for that favor !

These people are sweet and friendly and care to help. Try working on your credit 🙂, and remember to apply early. This is an honest review. Also remember markets are high but the rent is very fair for listing I seen here. Keep trying anyone reading this review!!!! 🤗☺️🥰sincerely, Chef B!!!

FRAUD!!!! They took my application money and co-signer money that would be $90 in total! Then when I called the lady told me they do not accept co-signers even though it was on there online application on their website! & reused to refund any application fees and a HUGE false story that their third party fee collector could and as I called them they ensured me absolutely not she collected the money and she refunds. She still refused to issue a refund and no applications were ran. She refused to let me speak to anyone else as well. She told me to call my bank. My bank said legally she has to refund as she took my money under false pretenses and never ran any applications. SHE STILL REFUSED!!!! I would love to know if anyone else in this company can help? As I don’t believe the girl who answered the phone runs a whole management as she claims! I will be filling a full law suit and have all conversations and receipts. I would never rent under such dishonest management. Very Sad!!!

This is the worst management company I have ever been involved with. The person that answers the phone sounds like her grade level was grammar school. Doesn’t respond well and can’t mecer relay messages correctly. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Should never be a front office person. Would give them no stars except google won’t let that happen. Don’t rent from them if you want to be satisfied.

MY FAMILY AND I MOVED INTO ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES IN 2021 TIL 2023, WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WERE ON TOP OF ANY CONCERNS WE MAY HAVE HAD. UPON MOVING OUT WE WERE TREATED VERY FAIR REGUARDING OUR DEPOSIT. WE ARE VERY SATIFIED WITH IT. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT LAS PALMAS MANAGEMENT. THANK YOU LADIES FOR EVERYTHING.
