This park is conveniently located and community is quiet.
Downside is no visitor parking, asst park manager is intrusive, park is always dead and they don't allow kids to play or ride around. Not a family friendly community. Their rules and approval processes are ridiculous would not recommend you buy here.

Worst management I've ever had the witch is unprofessional very nosy .has no idea about rules. She makes them up as she goes. I loved Thier for 5 years and the manager was the one that makes that place unpleasant the witch peaks through windows and such. They need a new manager

Bon Jovy is right. Lots of people are leaving and there’s like... 4 houses without buyers. Manager is annoying too. If you’re considering moving in here, don’t.
