I have lived here for three years thus far and I really can’t complain about anything, especially since the recent management took over the space. Everyone who I have come into contact with has been nothing but competent and empathetic to whatever was needed. The previous management of the property was not as good as this one The community manager Sabrina the assistant manager, April, the leasing agent Kelisha, and everybody that works there is amazing

We've had a very disappointing experience at this property. In addition to multiple package thefts, we've had a malfunctioning washing machine that flooded and a kitchen sink that got backed up due to drainage and plumbing issues. Even more importantly, the office's "emergency" line doesn't work and subsequent follow-up emails concerning this "emergency" line malfunctioning were not addressed. The main phone line also doesn't allow you to leave voicemails and it's impossible to reach any live support staff.

Maintenance teams is always on it. Never have to wait more than a day for them to come out and solve any issues we may have. The property is well maintained and peaceful environment.

Great place to live for folks who prefer to live outside of the city, but work a few days a week in downtown SF. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the ferry, which is a beautiful ride (never gets old). The management and office staff are friendly, professional and fair. The apartments are spacious and quiet (although I have the advantage of not having anyone above me). Response has been within 24 hours for the minor maintenance issues that have come up over my time here.

Quiet, safe and convenient to the 101, Richmond-San Rafael Bridge, Larkspur Landing Ferry to the San Francisco Ferry Building, Marin Airporter to SFO, Larkspur Landing - Rohnert Park Rail Line, a plethora of restaurants and the farmers market.

This is an ideal location in lower Marin, that’s well managed and boasts an OPTIMAL.

He is kind, respectful, resourceful, and always addresses maintenance requests in a timely manner. I can’t express how much I appreciate him. Keeping the apartments in good working order is paramount in creating a respectful community.
