I will start by saying that I rarely write reviews but I am at my absolute wits end with this company & cannot sleep because of the stress they have caused me recently.
Since they absolutely deserve it, I am going to vent my frustration with this company here.
If you have an issue of any kind, do not call the office. Your call will go straight to voicemail & you will get an email saying "sorry we missed you". Probably will not get a call back. If you want to have any problem addressed or resolved you have to physically walk into the office & usually there will be a wait before you can speak with someone.
Also their office is only open Tuesday -Friday & doesn't open until 10 am so if you have to leave early for work good luck!
All the additional mandatory fees charged to lived here are outrageous.
It's not worth it. They make you pay a Fetch package fee every month whether you want to utilize the service or not. They also charge a "lifestyle/amenity" fee every month & a fee to have a special code lock on your door. They also make you pay a valet trash fee every month & 2 additional "trash" fees.
It's all trash.
The pool is out of control in the summer months with little oversight. Residents & non-residents (most don't speak English) come here to party, roast bloody pigs on sticks, shout at each other from a distance, bring extra large speakers on wheels to play excessively loud music with the same annoying monotonous beat, get drunk, leave broken glass around the pool deck, allow their unruly kids to run around wild screaming, etc.
Hot tub is usually broken.
Promises are made by the staff to change the situation, but no lasting changes are made. The same breed of loud, inconsiderate people fill the pool area year after year with no regard for residents who want to relax at the beautiful pool in peace, especially on the weekends. This is what your "lifestyle/amenity" fee pays for.
I couldn't find another apartment soon enough before having to reluctantly renew my lease & was just overcharged for rent by $780.
The Central Renewal Team apparently cannot do proper math or admit to an error since they have been no help in resolving this issue.
I will say that Raven at the front office & Reyna from the maintenance team are very kind & my bad review does not reflect on them at all. This is an issue with upper management failing to listen to the concerns of responsible residents & assist them in a timely & constructive manner.
Save yourself the trouble & look for an apartment elsewhere.

I don’t recommend living here. They will suck every penny out of you. They lie about countless stuff even if you have proof to back it up. You can never get ahold of anyone on the phone. It’s been like this for over 2 years now and won’t be changing anytime soon. It’ll take a month for your request to even get a response. The front gate is never closed. My trash is never picked up, despite paying a fee every month for that. We pay too much for very little amenities. You can’t even use your key fob to enter from the back gates. I’ve been here 2 years already and not once has that back gate worked. Each time they’ll give an excuse of waiting for someone to come and fix it or waiting to win a bid. 2 years has been more than enough time to fix a gate. Make sure you always get things in writing because they’re try to screw you over. Keep records of every and anything. Definitely lease elsewhere if you can. I don’t plan on living here for long.

I lived here for four year and four years too long. The complex is falling apartment. It was once a good place to live but the last year was horrible. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything then they charge you for it when you leave. I was scammed with move out fees. Christina is horrible. She went into my apartment with out my permission. Charged me for things that were in great shape. This was a complete scam. Don’t waste your time moving here!!!!! On top of that, the construction is awful and you have to register cars at night. Just stay away. There are plenty of newer and nicer apartments in the area that are cheaper and better quality.

Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this place. Management will make your life a living hell. They have zero initiative on taking care of things and have zero understanding and zero compassion when it comes to their tenants. They close out tickets without actually completing the job. It’s difficult to get ahold of them when you need them. These people don’t care about their tenants and they’ll try to liquify your pockets at any chance given. Stay away from this horrible place.

The property of very poorly managed and maintained. Raven Huntington, the community manager, has terrible communication and conflict resolution skills. They recently stopped accepting money orders and failed to communicate that to their tenets and then began to charge the tenets late fees. The whole thing feels like a scam. Do yourself a favor and avoid signing a lease here.

New management took over and did not give notice about changing what acceptable payment. Got a money order and wasn't accepted. Had to pay 10% to get money back since they wouldn't accept it. Then the new management company charged me late fee. Horrible new management company. Someone needs to train them on how to communicate. TRASH!!

Lived here for two years now and its gone downhill. They will tow your legally parked vehicle even though it is registered on your lease and won't help you 🙂

They force you to have valet trash, let dumpsters overflow in the parking lot on a regular basis and the gates are always broken. All this can be yours for the bargain price of 1600 plus a month.

Update from original ~ this place is a total rip-off!!! First of all, the amount they say your rent will be does not include the extra $150 to $200+ that is mandated for certain things that are supposedly perks but mostly don't work examples of that would be the smart rent app that doesn't work on my phone and also a certain service that's supposedly going to help you split rent if needed but when that doesn't work right they take forever and lie about the late rent fee as well as blocking you from paying it when they say you can pay it at a lower fee. They're extremely manipulative in a very thieving way. If I could give them a negative start I would. I will say this though, the maintenance people are really great, especially Jose. He gets the job done right and in a timely manner.
Also ever since I got here they started working on the pool and although the water is in now and it's supposedly ready we're still not allowed to use it because they're waiting for new furniture and yet they take that out on a fee of amenities even though I'm not able to use it. Oh! And then there's the someone new policy of registering your car through an app that apparently had a glitch and so my car got towed from my apartment building the night before Christmas Eve and I had to pay $270 to get it back.
Anything you hear about management here, take it very seriously. It's mostly upper management because all the women in the office here are pretty cool but upper management are thieves and liars.
