LandPlan committed a major tree ordinance violation in our town. They tried to use intimidation and threats when it was called to their attention. They have ignored the Town staff's request for the required remediation measures. I would not do business with this firm.

LandPlan is a phenomenal developer. They've built a reputation for two things .... high end developments and strict adherence to their architectural and HOA standards. Builders sometimes complain about how difficult they are to work with, but those strict standards to home construction and ordinances are what makes their developments so special. The end benefit, of course, is always to the home buyers because they know their values are going to be protected.
