Our neighborhood uses Landmark to manage our homeowners association. Jane of Landmark does an absolutely horrible job. I cannot speak to her real estate services but if its anything like her HOA management, I would stay far, far away. She is rude and unprofessional. She sends violations she has no jurisdiction in. She is biased. She doesn't respond or return correspondence. She is condescending. No less than 5 times, I've had to find items in our bylaws and show them for her In order to do the job we pay her to do. I have had to file complaints against her NMLS license. I know of other homeowners planning on the same and are considering legal action. I would not recommend Landmark for ANY services whatsoever.
