John Heltzel, agent with Landmark Homes, was great to work with. He responded quickly to my phone call and took us to see two properties. John was very informative and answered any questions we had. He is very knowledgeable about the area and living off grid. Highly recommend John for an agent even though he is not listed on the website.

I was in St Johns AZ went to land office was trying to buy land and did with another office. They showed me 1 place the day i showed at the office because he was going to show someone land in same direction. Was in Arizona for 7 days never recived a call email or any attempt to show me land. I did purchase 40 acers before i left thru another company and saw 15 others for sale. The photos on the website were not of the land that was for sale even the one they showed me. Restrictions were not posted it was all misleading and unprofessional. You should choose your affiliates better. After travelling from Missouri to Arizona they could have at least took some time to try. I believe it was John Hubbard older gentleman and thin.
