Had the pleasure of living at hillside gardens for the past 7 years and all I can say is we just love it here. Eric does a great job in the office with answering any questions or concerns I may have. They currently went through a major upgrade and replaced all the windows, MY APARTMENT LOOKS FANTASTIC!!! And the head super Ricky is the best, had trouble starting my car one morning and he seen me as he was driving by, came right over and got me going with no questions asked. Down to earth, honest, people who care about their tenants and their property. Thank you eric, Ricky; and the entire staff at hillside Gardens.

I been Living in this place for 15 years and I would like to say that the maintenance add this Community is one of the best you can have specially their manager Ricky. He knows what he’s doing. He know how to accommodate your issues and resolve it in mostly the same day or the next day

This is a very nice and quiet apartment complex! I lived in a one bedroom before and now upgraded to a two bedroom.(Pictures are from one bedroom, I didn't get a chance to fully unpack/decorate the two bedroom apartment yet - but the dining area and kitchen are MUCH bigger in the two bedroom apartment, which is great!) The apartment is very spacious with lots of closet space, balcony, central air. Honestly, for the price it's a steal deal!! All the highways are close and easily accessible, which is great for commuting to work. There's a running/bike path in the back of the apartments that goes all the way to the park, which is awesome if you like to take walks/go for bike rides. Some people mentioned something about bad neighbors...honestly you can get those at ANY apartment complex. So I wouldn't even listen to that. I never had any problems with my neighbors and I moved buildings when I upgraded to a larger apartment. The maintenance is great here. At one point my dishwasher seemed to not work properly, I put in a ticket for it and the next day they replaced it with a new one!! Overall it's a great place to live!! Definitely giving it 5 stars.

I have lived in Hillside Gardens for many years and I have to say that the Maintenance crews have always been top notch. I especially think this of Ricky and his crew. A request goes in and immediately the concern is addressed, handled and a solution found. Very rarely is a maintenance issue not addressed immediately. Everyone at Hillside Gardens from office staff to Maintenance crew are professional, helpful, willing to go the extra mile. I know friends in high end apartment complexes that don't get one tenth of the service and professionalism I receive. Hillside Gardens is the large community with everything you need but has that nice hometown feel. Keep up the great work!

I would like Thank owner's, and his team of workers for the great job, an experience They provide. Any job is not too small, or too big for them to handle.
I just needed a new air conditioning unit complete. And it was done in a matter of hours in this heat anytime.I have asked for maintenance It was provided what ease And no questions asked. Once again I would like to Thank you and your work team

Been great living here for 2 years now.
The head superintendent Ricky and his crew are very helpful and super friendly. They really listen and communicate well with the tenants. Ricky is an amazing guy and really knows his job well. Very thankful to have such a great team of people willing to make a tenant’s experience 5 STAR!!!! Highly recommend living here.

I have lived here for about 2 years now and I never really had any issues. An issue came up about a week ago but Ricky, the head superintendent, and his crew worked really hard and efficiently to fix and get the problem solved. I appreciate them so much! They were so nice and you can tell they really care about the tenants. I hope I do not have another issue, but i know if I do, it will be taken care of in a timely manner! The main office is also very helpful and kind!

I am not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. Maybe I just had a better building, but I had virtually no problems.

I lived in Hillside Gardens for 6 years, and I must say that I LOVED it there. The maintenance staff and office staff COULD NOT BE BETTER. I never had a maintenance issue that wasn't resolved without 2 days. Usually they were resolved the next day. When I moved out, They gave me my entire security deposit back.

Rent is extremely affordable for the area, and the apartments themselves are spacey and nice. Only downfall is the appliances aren't top of the line, but for the money, you couldn't ask for a better deal.

If I didn't move to Texas for work, I would still be living there.
