I've been with Landlord Property and Rental Management for years, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Finding a reliable and professional property management company was super important to me, and they have been amazing.
Huge shout-out to my account manager, Jackie! She's been fantastic—so detail-oriented, responsive, and dedicated. She goes above and beyond to keep my property well-managed and quickly handles any issues.
If you need a great property management company, LPRM is the way to go. Their team is fantastic, and they truly care about their clients.

I must highlight their professional and courteous staff especially May Young who manages the property I live in. Her positive and customer centric approach makes sure that the property is optimally maintained. She makes sure the landlord and the tenant’s interests are addressed always getting to a win-win situation. I would highly recommend Landlord Properties.

I normally don't leave a bad review, but this is warranted (See my reviews and ratings). This company is not easy to work with. The response times are ridiculously lengthy. Issues and repairs are not taken care of in a timely manner. This is peoples living environment, there was such lack luster from them from the start. RENT ISSUE THO? Oh they are on it right away. My wife once overpaid and was contacted and felt attacked by their accountant, and this was an OVERPAYMENT, imagine if it was under. Emailed issues well in advance and weeks and weeks went on and more rent taken with issues being resolved. I can only imagine what it would be like a to be a landlord working with this company, stressful to put it politely. I spoke to senior manager once or twice over the phone (Brian) and he seemed more empathetic towards our concerns, however our direct agent (Megan) was barely in the office, and felt like she really couldn't care less about us. I would personally avoid using them for any services regarding property management (Landlord or Tenant). No one’s perfect in this life, but the least you'd expect when you're renting a place is for someone to contact you back within a day or two. Even now, they are no longer managing the property that we are in, my wife emailed them up to a month ago when they most likely were still under contract to us and did not get a response. The whole operation is shambolic for a company that has been around for so long. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Highly, highly recommend the team at Landlord. I've worked with them for years to manage a rental property, and then later as a realtor. They're professional, quick to respond and deal with things, and easy to deal with. Megan, my account contact, made every interaction I had with Landlord seamless and Trevor Valade's knowledge of the industry and speedy responses were invaluable to me over the years. If you're in the market for property management, you can't go wrong.

Incredibly negligent and unresponsive property management company. Avoid if you can.

EDIT: in response to Landlord Property’s reply, I did not write this review because I applied to a unit and didn’t receive a response or anything along those lines. I lived in a unit managed by this company for around 7-8 months in 2019/2020. During this time, the unit flooded multiple times, I went for over a week without heat in the middle of winter and there were numerous other issues such as plumbing problems and black mould. None of which were properly dealt with despite constant follow up on my part, and I was left to deal with these issues on my own. I eventually had to threaten legal action in order to end the tenancy. That’s why I wrote this review, to caution others to think twice before renting a property managed by this company.
