Kayla Buss claimed when I made contact regarding an application that I submitted, that she had sent an email stating not to, that someone had put in an application before I had. After checking every folder including trash and spam there was nothing. I already paid the $45 application fee, I emailed and text numerous times stating I had never received anything from her and would like a refund of my money. A week went by and no reply. I finally sent a text telling her I was filing a complaint with the housing authority and BBB. Today, I received am email from Kayla, stating my application was denied. This was only after I submitted a grievance. This property management steals and then tried to cover their butt's. Would leave less than one star if I could!
