Phyllis is very helpful, maintenance does show up the day u put in a maintenance call. The houses are old, cold air come right thru the windows, door n sliding glass door, while upstairs is like a bake oven. I do like the quite area here as well

Manager came out screaming and my son and I threatening to call the cops Becuase I was not a resident. I grew up in town and havent been to the park in over 15 years. There are no signs out front of the property saying its private. The way she came out hostile towards my son and I was horrible. I tried to explain to her how I didnt know anything and there's no problem that I would leave and she still continued to be very nasty. I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with such a miserable landlord so I would not recommend living here. And the prices Are crazy i had friends who lived in these homes and no way are these worth what they are asking for!!!!

Quiet decent neighborhood however finding a specific residents address is difficult because the houses or apartments are not numbered proplerly. It's definitely not like your average neighborhood with named streets and numbered houses/apartments.
