I have lived here at Lakehouse apartments for a few years now. When I originally was looking for a home I was referred to Coco the head manager of the complex. She is professional, caring, quick to reply and treats you with utmost priority.

Also want to say that Sal our head maintenance technician has always gone above and beyond to resolve our maintenance issues. He is kind, compassionate, thorough and reassuring. I always feel so much better knowing Sal will be working on my home because he is diligent is solving problems for tenants. He deserves a raise, a promotion, a bonus, the whole nine yards! Thank you so much Sal, Coco and the rest of the team in the office, as well as all of our vendors that keep our complex taken care of. I appreciate y’all so much!

As a resident, I highly recommend the LakeHouse Apartments. The apartments are well kept, clean and quiet. The staff members Yolanda and CoCo are professional, knowledgeable and courteous.They have gone above and beyond in helping me navigate the rental process. LakeHouse Apartments is a great place to live!

This was me and my wife's first home and it was amazing. The office staff is incredibly friendly, and helpful. The mat nance staff is also great. They respond to work orders quickly, do a nice job and clean up after themselves.

I moved in a little over two months ago, from the time of leasing until now the staff has been exceptionally courteous and professional. I've submitted work request with prompt and friendly service. You can see Coco and Sal walking the property regularly, always with a kind hello or small talk. It's a pleasure to interact with any of the staff, my apartment is spacious and well maintained along with the grounds. The neighbors are all respectful and courteous and any issue is addressed promptly. I would recommend Lakehouse to anyone looking to relocate to this area. Stands out from the communities I visited prior to leasing here.

Sometimes as humans the only time we post something it is negative. Today as I get ready to renew my lease agreement, I'd like to say "Thank you" to the excellent staff of the Lakehouse Apartments. Community living is not always easy. The staff here have always done their jobs with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. From a friendly wave hello to having my work orders completed in a timely manner. If you're looking for a new community in which to live and can meet the criteria. Apply here. The apartments have been recently renovated and updated. The team has done excellent work. A shout out to Coco the manager for adhering to the professional standards that a well cared for community deserves. As a former Lease Consultant and Apartment Manager I know the work involved in keeping up a property. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and it looks effortless. Hey Maintenance!!! You guys are AWESOME as well. Thank you for all of your help in particular to Sal. I appreciate that whenever I do have a problem you get it done. You take pride in your work and you are so professional. I do appreciate each of you. I was just reflecting on how grateful I am that I moved into the right community for me and wanted to share my experience over my 7 yrs here.

We have lived here for almost 2 years now and have no plans to leave anytime soon! We had no idea what to expect here but have been pleasantly surprised. Coco and Makayla have been truly a relief to have in the office. Anytime there has been an issue they are quick to get it resolved and make sure it was satisfactory. Even the maintenance teams is great! Sal is very respectful of our home when he’s needed to come and quickly fixed whatever the issue may have been. I didn’t expect how nice and clean the complex is either; the pool stays maintained, the park is clean, and they keep up with landscaping and it makes it feel more homey. We honestly feel lucky to live here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place to live. ☺️
