Have lived in this park for almost 30 years, my parents live in the park as well and so did my grandparents. Such a great quiet place to live! I love living right next door to Lake Jennings!

If it weren't for the Park Manager Rick, this place would he amazing.. He could care less about the residents and seems to get a kick out of making life difficult within the park.

Since the new owner told over I don't like the was they are treating the serior who live here. Not everyone can pay for the monthly increase that they are charging. This company sucks..

I drove through this park and it is clean, well manicured, and appears to be very well run. There are no broken down cars or run down units and there is a pool at the entrance. It also appears there is a club house. Parking isn't readily available except for residents so you may have to search out a spot and walk a ways.

Bit creepy at night because of what happened in 2010 but it's fine... So one night December14th 2010 a little girl is kidnapped and taken to the road area in the park she is scared she runs away and gets hit by a car the two men run after her seeing her dead body on the ground, They decided to see who was in the vehicle but nobody was there that night was scary for me if you go out on the road at the time she was hit 11:29 PM you will hear her laughter.
