Sami was a great host! She was very quick to respond, very easy to work with, and had the condo looking great! The unit was a great size for our family of 6, had great access to the lake, and made for a relaxing weekend. It was just the spot we needed as a last hurrah before school starts back!!

Fantastic stay. Condo was clean and had all items necessary for a great vacation. Super nice to have pickleball paddles and balls to use on the courts just down the hill from the condo. All of Sami's personal touches made everything super nice and easy.

My fiance and I stayed here for the 2024 solar eclipse. This might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed! The cabin was clean and setup with everything we might need. The area was absolutely beautiful. Sami was an amazing host! She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, letting us play with her dog, borrow tools for rockhounding, and even driving us up on an off-road buggy to the perfect place for viewing the eclipse and looking out over Lake Ouachita.

The actual rental I would give 4 stars- lacking in areas of spices for cooking and providing lake/pool towels.
The 1 star rating is for SAMI GRACE. She is extremely unprofessional. Accused us of not departing the rental correctly “providing” pictures of a mess that was NOT from our rental. Then continued to call our family names and make extremely rude comments. I would never recommend staying in a property managed by this individual. We have stayed in numerous airbnb properties before and have NEVER had an issue or been treated as nasty as Sami Grace has treated us.

If Sami Grace manages your home- I highly recommend finding a new property manager!
