Tried to visit the local businesses & hotels, but was stopped at the park entrance. If we wanted to access the local businesses, Park Services would need to access $15 from my walle for a Day Pass - no exceptions. Seems a little backwards to me. All possible customers get to pay $15 to become a potential patron. Like Costco, but without a $1.50 hot dog or 7 pounds of shredded cheddar cheese. It seemed like the businesses inside the park might have a better chance of increasing their profits if they could find a way to not add an extra $15 to the patrons bill.
