I recently had a fantastic experience at Lake Elsinore Honda, thanks to Mario Perez my salesperson. He was incredibly attentive, straightforward, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. No gimmicks, just straight to the point. I was in and out quickly because Mario is fast, efficient, and genuinely willing to work with your budget. Just tell him your numbers, and he’ll make it happen.

Andrew in the finance department was also great. Even though he’s young, he really knows his stuff and isn’t there to scam you—he’s direct and efficient.

As for the manager, I didn’t interact much, but it felt like he was mainly there to push for more money, which is part of the game, so no hard feelings there.

Overall, it was a great experience. Support your local businesses, and Lake Elsinore Honda will give you a good deal. Be sure to ask for Mario, and don’t forget to go through Costco or Sam’s Club for an even better price!

If you’re out shopping for a Honda don’t waste your time anywhere else come to Lake Elsinore Honda. Customer service is excellent they get straight to the point respect your needs and are upfront and honest with everything!!!!
Javier was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Javier has the customer service that most deal ships lack and isn’t pushy.
Gustavo the sales manager didn’t give me the runaround was upfront honest with the numbers and gave me the best deal after visiting 4 other Honda dealers.
Corey in finance was also very knowledgeable explained everything I was signing and the deal was less the 3 hours where most places have you there for hours going back and forth with numbers and trying to add things I didn’t ask for or need. I would highly recommend Lake Elsinore for your next car shopping experience great service and good and honest workers you can’t find anywhere like them theses days.

Went through TrueCar that’s associated with Navy Federal Credit Union and received offers from about 6 different dealers. While I did not get price from your dealership I went ahead and texted with Daniel Ayala. I told him a price that I thought was fair. He checked with his boss and we agreed on a price. The reason I initially went with your dealership was because it was closer than the other ones I got offers from. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism that Daniel showed us. That also extended to the finance guys we dealt with, Corey and Danny. I live closer to the dealership in Temecula but was very happy that we went with you. The next car we buy will definitely be from Lake Elsinore Honda.

I had a great experience at Lake Elsinore Honda, thanks to Alec Stephenson! I came in for service on a recall part, and Alec took the time to thoroughly explain what the recall was about, what the part does in my car, and how the team would be fixing it. He also walked me through routine vehicle maintenance and how often different services should be done.

Thanks to Alec’s guidance, I realized I was perfectly due for a brake fluid change, which I was able to schedule at the same time. This level of transparency and care means a lot to me, as I take great pride in maintaining my car. Waited a bit to complete my few last adds before any final post. I can now say that my purchasing experience with the Lake Elsinore Honda staff was exceptional. As a first time car buyer I was naturally nervous and cautious. Despite, my numerous questions, the saleswoman, finance rep, and parts vendor were all very patient with me and helped me explore all my options. Thank you for making my car buying experiencing simple and respectful.

Moe and Javier are great salesmen. What ruined it for me was how the manager tried to execute a deal with me on a new Blue Lagoon Pearl, 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring. I was told that a higher down payment of $4,500 would be needed to finalize the purchase. After letting the manager know that I did not feel comfortable putting down that amount in the moment, he continued to pressure me to purchase the vehicle. I told him several times to give me a couple of weeks so that I can be financially flexible with my purchase. The salesmen understood that, but the manager didn’t. There were plenty of moments where I told the manager that I did not have a vehicle to trade-in but he continued asking. I was asked several times, ‘what is it that you like about the Sport Touring?’ Well obviously everything, I’m not going to make a purchase of thousands of dollars on something I do not want. After several times of telling the manager that the numbers were not working for me, I walked away. As I was about to leave, the manager sent Javier to bring over a 2025 Honda Civic Sport that was the same color as the Hybrid Touring Sport that I wanted. The manager stated he could get me a much better deal, well that’s quite obvious as the Civic Sport has less to offer than the Civic Hybrid Sport Touring. All in all, do not feel pressured by anyone to make a purchase that you are uncomfortable with. YOU will be financially responsible for your lease or financed vehicle. Again, Moe and Javier are great salesmen but the manager is very unprofessional and misunderstanding on so many different levels. I wasn’t even given the results of my credit application after asking many times. In a couple of weeks I will be going elsewhere to purchase a Blue Lagoon Pearl, 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring.

Wow, what a great Honda dealer! We purchased a new 2024 Accord yesterday and we are very happy with the price we got. Most importantly our salesman, Arturo Ochoa, was fantastic. He took the time to make sure we were happy with our selection of vehicle type, external color and internal color. Arturo was very knowledgeable of each vehicle and took the time to explain the different features of each car. After driving several cars, we picked the one we liked. They had just the selection we wanted. We had to drive about 60 minutes just to get there because they offered the best prices. I totally recommend going to Lake Elsinore Honda for your next purchase.
