Jason? Followed up with request very fast.. he was awesome very friendly and fixed our very small issues. Was very impressed with how fast he was sent out. Very knowledgeable with issues and all done is a quick time... I hope he is part of our building all of the time... would be very comfortable with him doing our repairs. I hope I remember his name right.. thank you for all you fixed.. he actually fixed another issue we were having when he fixed the sprayer.. did not know the issues were connected.. awesome... also shout out to office... they are always friendly very helpful with any issues and questions...

Management has been good. Apartment updates have been ongoing throughout my stay. I have been here for several years now and my bathroom tube/floor and kitchen floor have been updated. Maintenance has addressed any issues.

Lost my job due to Covid. We were 4 days late ONE time during the pandemic and we now owe over $1000. Read the fine print carefully because the lease is not on your side. Beware of due dates and late fees. $100 plus $5 a day even if u fall behind 4 days in 3 years. They will even go as far as lying to say they contacted you and I give you with assurance this isn’t the case. They even raised our rent DURING the pandemic. These are the WORST type of landlords. DO NOT rent from these people. They are vultures. Pool closed, maintenance is slow, overall, not so good. Fees fees fees no matter how much you pay rent on time. It’s very weird. Terrible management.
