I am giving them 1 star but only because I have to put something. Absolutely non-professional company. Customer service sucks. A lie is a form of communication. Not sure if anybody really works there. Such a simple request as tree trimming - I addressed the issue in August. Today is November - nothing has been done despite the fact that I put the a request and attached all the pictures I was asked for. They are just collecting our money. Imagine if something more serious happens - forget it!

The worst property management company you will have the displeasure of engaging with! They’ve misplaced two HOA payments and then fabricated stories or tried putting the blame on us for their incompetence. They are lousy at communicating. You’re lucky to get them to follow up with anything other than a canned reply.

Update: LaPerla replied to this review with untruths. Two canned responses came via email only after my follow-up call a week after I sent them proof of dues payment. I was told by AC that they would email an updated invoice as soon as they made the correction. No invoice yet. Told by TB that money was applied accurately yet original invoice (dated 11/25) showed November dues unpaid. I suggest that LaPerla get the facts right before responding again.

I have lived in the Windsong Community since 2016 and I can emphatically say this HOA is exemplary in response times to concerns any home owner may have. They publish a monthly newsletter which is excellent at keeping us informed. Over the years, I have contacted the office and I have always received a response from them (usually via email or phone, whichever worked best). Having dealt with other associations going back 10 years or more, I can attest to their desire to not let homeowners or renters hanging.
