I worked with Lynn Smith on purchasing a home for my parents in Escondido. I couldn't have been happier with the service i received. She went completely above and beyond. I value professionalism, prompt replies, and help with context (making complex issues simple). Lynn delivered on all of those and then some. Purchasing a home is difficult in general, but during a pandemic, it's even more so. She gave great advice throughout negotiations, and I ended up getting the house my family wanted. Normally, an agent's responsibilities stop there. But even after the house was purchased, Lynn went out of her way to make sure I had the right professionals helping me with some remodeling. I felt very well taken care of, and Lynn was great about the details. I have already recommended Lynn to friends and family, and will continue to do so. I hope to work with her again very soon. We've been renting a townhouse from La Costa Sales & Rentals since about a month before COVID hit, and could not be more pleased. There have been a few small snafus that have popped up, and Lynn and the rest of the team are always on top of getting someone out to fix the issue as soon as possible. Their communication is always upfront and professional, policies and rates reasonable, and they even keep us in the loop about community events and happenings. They have been the best property management agency I have ever done business with, bar none! Thanks guys!

I worked with this team for several years when I decided to lease out my condo. Patrick interviewed several applicants and gave me his recommendations on whom to select. I'm glad I took his advice as I had clean and on-time tenants for several years. His team quickly provided me with financial statements whenever I requested them, which was frequently due to several big life changes I experienced. Finally, I used Patrick as my selling agent for the condo and I have to say that he made the process seamless. He was professional, honest, and was able to give me his advice on pricing and counter offers because he is so familiar with the Carlsbad area.

I have been renting and have worked with La Costa Sales & rentals for almost 10 years. It is a great company that I would and do refer everybody I know to. They are very professional and overall great people. I know most of the staff and they are very friendly and great at their jobs. If your looking to buy, sell, rent or need property management there isn't a better company to work with.

Self centered egotistical arrogant and only interested in ripping off those who chose to deal with this company. When renting I requested a simple receipt that the home had been cleaned before we moved in with a pregnant wife and a 2year old. After refusing to do so, belittling and berating me and making my concern for cleanliness and the safety of my family seem like a personal attack against her, Lynn has continued to be so entitled that she refused to listen to any type of reason. Stay away from this group and especially the owner Lynn.

I was referred to Lynn Smith by a neighbor I met through the Nextdoor app. He said she has been in Real Estate in the Carlsbad area since 1982 and knows the neighborhood inside and out.. I met with Lynn and found her to be extremely helpful along with her team back at her office. I highly recommend Lynn if you are looking to sell or rent out your place.
