We were new to the home buying process, so my brother recommended his realtor, and that is how we met Kyle Theus. Kyle Theus is an amazing person. He is professional, well mannered, well dressed, and very informative.
Kyle was very thoughtful of our wants, needs, and requests. Even though, Kyle had to commute from Oroville to Sacramento (approx. 1 ½ hours) to show us properties. He remained professional, and courteous every time. When we finally put a bid on a place, He made it easy. With Kyle persistence, dedication, and perseverance, he was able to close the deal very quickly. He fought for them to fix certain things, and had contingencies in place to help make the transition very easy. Kyle was always there to answer questions and explained everything in detail very clearly.
