I selected Redfin for my main home and Jack for the rental house. Comparing
both real estate agents, I would like to work with Jack more than with Redfin.
Although Redfin asked for lower commission fees, they would not provide the full
detailed services as Jack did. Unlike Redfin agent who giving me all unreliable repair
service contacts, Jack took care everything for me from remodeling the kitchen,
repairing water leak, cleaning up front and backyards and staging the house for sale.
