We had instances where people passed away without a Will or Trust or anything else. And it causes the common charges and HOA FEES assessments not to be paid. And puts a burden on our management and managing agent. And also there are certain people that either refuse to pay or those who are truly struggling with their condo unit tax, common charges and HOA and assessments etc. That if maybe possible they can legally leave while still alive or after they pass away transfer their property and other assets to our management So our management can use the money for future repairs, utility costs etc. I think our board members and managing agent should have that as an option and send letters out about it. And let certain people decide.

i made 2 payments for my units 3 years ago that never made it to their system and I kept on getting charged late fees, receiving attorney demand letters, HOA association demand letters. Dawn was able to finally help me settle the issue, thank you!

I have been trying to get an approval from this management. It’s been 30 days of calling back and forth , emails to the inbox , to Micheal, to Dawn and I haven’t received an approval for the work I need to get done in my front yard. This management company is something , I haven’t seen people like them who just can’t get it done. I have sent all the info they need , the township has approved the work. I talked to Michael, I had applied for the approval on September 23, it’s October 23rd and no word . I have called over 25 times in the last three to four weeks and send multiple emails of all the information they needed.

The past two property management companies that serviced our community were not up to the task. Our last company was so bad, in fact, that we were forced to fire them after 3 months of misery. Fortunately, we hired Klein Management to replace them. They are professional, thorough and extremely competent in all phases of property management. The damage that was left behind by their predecessor required a near Herculean effort on their part to mitigate the damage done to the community. We are very thankful for Klein Managements presence here.

One of the worst management companies ever. Horrible irresponsible lazy staff ever. Manager Dawn , Micheal and all operators are just lazy . To get something done thru this company is basically impossible.

Unreal how these people are still working there.

It doesn’t matter what community I am in , the problem lies in the office so I would advise you to focus on these employees and firing them

All it takes one phone call no matter what day or time you call they will react and dispatch their crew.
