Kirby and Sara are such an incredible team! We were first time homebuyers, trying to find a house in this crazy market and Kirby and Sara went over and beyond to help us find our perfect home! They spent many weekends and evenings showing us homes, and were so incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They have walked us through the entire process. Kirby's Team did a wonderful job of helping us find our first home. We were teamed up with Katie, who's so personable you will feel like you've known her for years.We were moving here out of state and was a little stressed out because we had such a short window to get everything done but Katie definitely help put us at ease. She really listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect home. Would recommend these ladies to everyone especially those coming from out of state. They made the process so much easier.

Kirby's team helped us with a smooth transition on selling our home, and buying a new built. Our house was was sold within 3 days of being on the market and for above of asking price. Kirby showed up to all of our appointments for the new built. One of her team members even met me for lunch to translate the builder's fancy language on a contract.

Everything from appointment visits, to paperwork and phone calls, Kirby's team made our selling and buying experience exciting and seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again!

Awesome team of professionals. I frankly expected them to fail badly more than a few times with all the various challenges we faced with closing on 2 homes in 2 days that are over 2,000 miles apart. However, our agent Katie just would not let that happen. She met every challenge head on and with a supreme and exemplary attitude throughout. Katie always knew the “best route” to take and no one was going to out persevere her!

Kirby and her Team rock! We had Kirby represent us on the sale of a home, and the purchase of a new home. She did everything she could to make the process smooth, and effective. She even replaced a garage door when the previous home owner kindly opted out of doing so even though they had the parts to do the job.

When we decided to move back to AZ, Kirby was the only realtor that would help us find a rental. She not only found us a great rental property, but one year later we went to her to find our forever home to purchase. She spent an extreme amount of time with us as we were searching for our gem in the desert. Even though we were very picky on what we wanted, she never gave up and after weeks of searching she found us the perfect home. She was with us through all aspects of the buying process through closing. She made sure that everything went perfect for us and we now have our (as Kirby calls it) our Unicorn.
