Edited my review after a bad experience from management’s decision:

- People with highly commercial instinct

Final verdict: Try to avoid this place if you find a better deal.

The maintenance staff here is very helpful. Jonathan, in particular, is exceptionally friendly and skilled. He always fixes everything on time. Although he doesn’t understand English, he performs his job excellently.

Office assistant Sylvia was instrumental in explaining all the details clearly when I moved into the apartment. She always responded promptly with the necessary information whenever I sent an email.

I have stayed here for about 10 months, and my lease ends in two months. They started sending emails about renewing the lease, but I asked for some time to think about it. At that point, they mentioned that I needed to inform them 60 days prior to vacating, but they didn't inform me about the clause in the lease requiring payment of 60 days' rent if I failed to provide this notice. It was only one month before the end of the lease that they brought up this 60-day rule, stating that I had to pay an extra month's rent because I failed to notify them 60 days in advance.

Management did not consider my polite and reasonable request to waive the surprise charges.

The management behavior suggests that they are highly commercial and they should send a caution notice 60 days before the contract ends.

This is the sad reality.

I moved into Kingston Terrace a few days ago, and my experience has been excellent. The property manager, Elena Spasenko, made the process smooth with her professionalism, friendliness, and clear communication. She explained the moving procedures in advance and was quick to respond to my questions, patiently helping me navigate the neighborhood. Jonathan from maintenance was also skilled and friendly. The place is quiet, with mainly the sound of birds. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice and grateful to the staff for making it a great experience.

Apartment maintenance staff is very professional and very friendly. Earlier there was office manager called Sylvia Ropel, she was friendly and inform everything in advance. But recently a new office manager joined called ‘Elena Spasenko’. I would say she is highly commercial and money-minded. If someone lease is gonna expire in 2 months, she doesn’t tell you the consequences and after few days she starts asking you to pay the rent which is purely a tactic to loot money from tenants. And she is completely unfriendly in forwarding your requests to management. She doesn’t know how to understand tenants issues and try to help them. I would say if you are dealing with Elena, be cautious she will anyway try to get money from you. Highly cunning people. I won’t recommend the newly joined manager.

Kingston Terrace is the best place I have lived, thanks to the efforts of Sylvia and Jonathan! Sylvia is very professional and friendly. She always makes sure to address our problems as quickly as possible. We can easily reach Jonathan whenever we need him, and he solves any issues with heating, water, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a safe, friendly, and peaceful environment!

I have been living at Kingston Terrace Apartment for a year and a half now and its been a fantastic experience. Its a friendly an kept up community. Sylvia is a wonderful and responsive landlord. Johnathan in maintenance always responds to maintenance request from residents quickly, and works very hard to keep the complex up and running.

I highly recommend Kingston Terrace Apartments!
