The owner Miles seems very nice but is very informal. I would not recommend this company. I started with them in May of 2023 hoping they would make my property profitable and they kept it booked, but only cost me money. I had more losses than gains. When I decided to switch property managers, he never paid me the money owed in full and still owes me over $2k. It's been months and he ignores my messages.

Scam artists. Horrible property management services. Never once showed up to the home in person and home started to have maintenance issues which weren’t resolved until we got a competent property manager from another company. The owner owed us money which they never returned. It’s only a matter of time before they get hit with a lawsuit and have to shut down operations.

Very Clean and beautiful home. Only stayed one night but we enjoyed every minute. The pool was clean and we made good use of it in the hot weather! You'll enjoy your stay!

I rented out an Airbnb from them in Dallas for a bachelor party that included 14 people. While I expected this to be an extremely stressful experience dealing with that many people in an unfamiliar city, it turned out to be as smooth as can be all thanks to this company. They were INCREDIBLY responsive and I mean messaging me back within 5 minutes about any question I had every time I reached out. They were clear about expectations of cleaning up after and didn’t try to pull any tricks on me to make an extra buck like some other locations I have stayed at before. The place was even bigger and nicer than the pictures looked and we comfortably were able to fit a lot of people. Could not recommend them enough and I hope I get another opportunity to stay with them in the future.

Such an enjoyable stay at the AirB&B in Murfreesboro, Tennessee! The house was in immaculate condition, and the communication was top-notch! We will definitely rent from Kingdom Stays again!

A very tidy and lovely Airbnb me and my family rented in Dallas. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We had a great stay! The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Would absolutely recommend staying there!
