I met Kimberly years ago when I was looking at places and trying to buy, right before COVID hit. Unfortunately, my loan situation fell through, due to a false friend who offered but pulled out when offer was already being made, and I was not able to purchase at the time. I was not even prequalified when I was looking and when I met Kimberly. She did not ask me any of these pushy realtor questions along the lines of trying to save her time if I am not prequalified yet nor did she push or ask to be my realtor like many other realtors I have met back then. Most of them were more pushy or, quite frankly, downright rude and would not show me properties at all unless I got prequalified first or chose them to be my realtor. That was not Kimberly. She was happy to show me any properties I wanted to look at, in Rockford and Freeport. She did not ask me any of the pushy or prying questions. She just showed up numerous times for different places excited and happy to take me on a tour and to answer any questions I had. I found this to be the most desirable trait I was looking for in a realtor at the time after being made to feel like I am wasting other realtors' time. In addition, she gave me information as to the different areas without me even asking for it even though it might've not been best information for her to make the sale. This type of honesty and how happy and eager she was to do her job without trying to make sure that I will even work with her or can buy is all I could've ever asked for. In addition, she listened and looked for other places that would fit what I was looking for to show me those as well. Even if I did not like a place, she never took offense or made any unhappy remarks. She just listened and continued. That is why I will now go back to Kimberly and I am so so happy I found her again since I have looked for her and remembered her for this! All those strange reviews about the car she was driving or not driving just sound silly. It is obvious that she is good at her job if she can afford it. She is motivated to make money and that is why she works hard for it. I would not have it any other way.

I have to wonder if the people who gave low reviews were dealing with the same person. Kim was a pleasure to work with. She helped us sell a house (it sold in 5 days) and quickly got the closing arranged two weeks early. She is kind, helpful, always available, responds quickly, and funny. She is so easy to talk to and she listens to you! My husband wouldn't deal with anyone else. When we had a house that needed to be sold, my husband said, I'm not working with anyone by Kim Taylor.

Look no further! Hands down, the most professional, personable, and educated realtor out there. Being a realtor is Kim Taylor’s passion, not just her job. She is truly the standard for which excellence should be measured, when it comes to buying or selling a home. She absolutely never rests. I have personally bought 3 homes through Kim, and not only was it easy, it was fun, and she was genuinely excited and happy for me, when other realtors before Kim didn’t even return my texts or calls. Big mistake, you know who you are. I would tell you, let Kim actions speak, you won’t be sorry, actually you are going to feel really good just knowing that there’s a realtor that’s honest, genuinely inspired and excited to make your house hunting dreams come true.

Absolutely the worst reality agent in the lena-freeport area. Told us there was nothing with the house in fact there was black mold and when asked if there was ever water in the basement she said no. A total lie. In fact the whole basement had to be totally gutted due to black mold. The living room carpet had to be totally tore out due to animal piss. If you have reason to use this agent BEWARE. Do your homework and hire your own inspector also a real estate attorney
If she gets a chance she will screw U
