I live in MN and visited LWV in the summer of 2023, with the intention to early retire there. I visited Laguna Premier Realtor office one day, and the first person greeted me was Kim. She was so busy during those days, but she still arranged time to show me some properties based on my needs after her careful study. Kim is very knowledgeable of LWV properties and she truly cares about my needs. After that one week of my visit in LWV, i returned to MN, and I have since then kept working with Kim to find my future home there. She took my house search as a high priority among all her customer needs, and it was great that she found a house for us there! I bought it in March 2024. Kim is a friendly person indeed, very patient and works so hard to help her clients. I have worked with a few good realtors in my life in the past, and I can say that Kim is the best for sure! I would like to recommend Kim to anyone who wants to purchase/sell/rent properties in Southern California.
