Our family was lucky enough to have worked with Kim when purchasing our home in Davis, CA. Kim made the process absolutely seamless even though we were moving into California from out of state. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and was there to help us with every step of the way! Kim scheduled all appointments, thoroughly inspected our home for us when we couldn't, communicated with us throughout the process, negotiated a great deal for our home, completed all paperwork, was extremely honest & straight-forward, and went above and beyond to successfully complete the transaction!

Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with and we give our highest recommendation to her! We will absolutely be working with Kim in the future should we sell & buy another home in the future.

I would not recommend selling with this broker. I, probably, lost thousands of dollars selling with her, as she withheld pertinent information from me which I needed to make an informed decision. If I had been informed regarding certain information about the buyer of my property, I would have counter-offered to the buyer much more that the amount I accepted. Also, she thought I should list for $15,0000 less than the amount my house actually sold for.

In the end, I did not save money listing with this discount broker. I believe I lost thousands of dollars. I am a senior, on a fixed income, and I needed every dollar possible out of my property. I believe I was taken advantage of.

She also lied numerous times to me when confronted with a particular issue. This woman was not honest in her dealings with me.
