I use to love living here but now people just open their cars and hit people’s cars and deliberate scratches are made on people’s car then the apartment manager would say the surveillance camera got water in it and does not work. Basement always flooding and rugs in hallways very dirty

Well maintained place, long waiting list for new tenants, good neighbors.

Great location, quiet, close to masjid and church, and 10 minutes from all major shopping and groceries

The apartment is nice and well kept. There is alot of programs for children and the elderly. The prices are very reasonable. The leasing manager is amazing.

Apartments are nice but the people who live here are not. The mailroom is public to everyone so there are many theft packages in these buildings. My car was also broken into and property was stolen from me too.

Cons: Im very upset and annoyed that the maintenance man was let go. He always kept the hallways, railings, laundry room, elevator , trash room etc clean. On the weekends the outside gets trashed a lot of people don't believe in picking up their trash. But come Monday morning the place is spotless. The new maintenance person mops the floor and opens window because it smells bad, the trash room was a mess the last 4 times I went and smelly. I rarely see vacuum or cleaning on my floor. Its like he only cleans the main area downstairs. The units are "affordable" but remember you get what you pay for. They took the laundry baskets out laundry so you have to hold your laundry and walk to dry it. You pay for amenities and some tenants let family use it. I along with my neighbors have had things stolen out laundry room including underwear.
Pros: They do have pest prevention throughout the year so I have not witnessed any house guests!

THIS APT. COMPLEX IS GETTING WORSE BY THE MINUTE. THE WHOLE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWN RIGHT LAZY. AVOID RENTING, THEY ONLY COLLECT RENT AND DO NOTHING TO FIX PROBLEMS. MANAGEMENT INSULTS TENANTS EVERY CHANCE THEY GET & ANYTHING GOES IN THIS COMPLEX. IT'S LIKE LIVING IN THE PROJECTS!!!! NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE OR RELIABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS OUTSIDE OF PAYING RENT. MANAGEMENT IS CHANGED EVERY THREE TO FOUR MONTHS AND THEIR RECORDS ARE ALWAYS OUTDATED. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF THIS HELLISH NIGHTMARE OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING.

These are beautiful apartments however they are being ran by an incompetent employee. The rental office representative Sonia is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. She is extremely rude, unorganized and quite frankly has absolutely zero prior experience running a complex. When you go to her for any issue (if you're lucky enough for her to answer the phone, quite rudely might I add) she is dismissive and does nothing to help. Her response is always to reach out to her boss named Faith or the mysterious "owner" with no name who's never been seen. Since she's so clueless Faith should be the employee working here. It's apparent Sonia is only here for the free apartment she and her family lives in, her 2 reserved parking spaces and a paycheck. She does not care about the well being of the residents or the community we live in as a whole. I hope the owner of these apartments is reading this - get rid of Sonia, she exudes trash. Give your complex a fighting chance at success.

The management is the worst!!!! The employees here are one day off of welfare themselves and have the nerve to look down their noses on people. The staff is ignorant and unprofessional, and need to be replaced. P. S. They don't inform you that they house the homeless and drug addicts in this complex. You find out after you move in and you see them hanging outside picking at their open wounds with their drug addict friends. #nasty!!!!
