This company is completely awful. They are so rude and ineffective, particularly Diane. They took over our old PM's company. The Board and all of our homeowners are livid at how horribly they have treated everyone.

Honestly this is the worse HOA I’ve ever worked with and to find out that they are owned by a company who markets themselves as a new kind of property management community is ridiculous. Our hot tub has been broken for 7 months! No maintenance has been done and they never respond to emails. They ripped up our patio and just left it like this. They said it could take up to 45 days for the HOA to be out to walk the property

One of the worse property management companies in NC.Their owner Tony Easton was suppose to recover $3,000 in past HOA dues 5 years ago and we still have not seen zip? Just read their YELP reviews from others as they desperately try to hold your HOA in business.
Almost every category of what they get paid to do is negative ratings and that list is long for the four years they have bungled the managing aspects of this HOA. Allowing a board member is stay on the board even though he is in major violation on his two year term is over? Those other Googles reviews are from their own employees and are a sham. If you get Carla Noble as your manager she can easily make your HOA go in the wrong direction. Every bad attributes is what makes here tick makes a snake oil salesperson look honest.
We now have another manager SC who is equally a puppet of Pilot PM
as we had one HOA board meeting where we made a motion to change board positions had he and Pilot PM FAILED at this even as we voted yes SC cannot recollect or didn't keep the minutes?
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY WILL MAKE YOU LOSE MONEY QUICK!!!!

First off, I have never written a review for anything in my life until now, but that's just because i feel that it is worth my time to warn everyone who is working with Carla Noble or Pilot Property Management & urge them that if they are they should do everything in their power to terminate the agreement held with her/them immediately!!! I am not joking...if you would like peace & harmony in your life & in your community than run as fast as you can in the opposite direction because that is not what you'll get by working with this company or this woman.

What you will get is a lot of lying, manipulation, broken promises, deceit, & the feeling like you are a prisoner in your own home without any rights over the property you own. If we would have known ahead of time what kind of company the board of directors let run the HOA at our lovely home before we purchased it, we would have never done so. I would rather have one of my legs cut off.

My husband & I have had nothing but headache after headache with Carla Noble from Pilot property management. She has taken advantage of our HOA for years including charging a ridiculous monthly fee that comes out of our fictitious so called "budget" (a fee that's higher than all the the other property managers) for doing NOTHING & has even raised our HOA fees for no reason. She makes anyone who requests documentations (such as financials) jump through uncalled for hoops & she plays by her own set of rules. I am very surprised she has not been arrested by now for fraud.

she preys on HOAs who have a weak Board of directors so if you are on the board of an HOA managed by Carla then make sure you are not "one of her little puppets" in her grand scheme of North Counties Puppet Master Manipulation shows. It is apparent that she truly is a miserable person because she continues to only encourage arguments among the homeowners & despises seeing anyone resolute in a win/win situation.

I have literally seen people move from their homes because they just don't want to put up with her ridiculousness & mean spirited nature anymore. She is like a drill sergeant & often forgets that she works for us, the home owners in the associations who hire her to fulfill certain duties & responsibilities, not the other way around. I really don't let situations such as these upset me, but the line has been drawn, crossed, & hopped over & we have had it with the crooked activities, pathological lying, unrealistic demands, & just plain psychotic behaviors from Carla & Pilot Property Management.

It doesn't take a genius to see right through the corruption & I can't even believe there are people that have had a good experience with this company or this woman. I am wondering if they were paid or coerced in some way to leave a positive review.
Just go to YELP to read other reviews of this disaster of a company.

I don’t know where to start. Incompetence is HIGH. Where the HOA is to be our voice, the Board either sides w/Keystone or stays silent.
The prejudices against permanent resident homeowners is flagrant. CC&Rs continually manipulated/contrived to fit tenant/landlord violations. While greedy sellers succumb to cash buys from investors, we are stuck w/tenants w/no respect for the properties & absentee landlords being allowed to let their commodities become disheveled. Reporting goes nowhere.

They are very helpful facilitating all my needs in getting required approvals for replacement of my HVAC system, and other documents required by my mortgage company.

Glad to be rid of this management company. They would take over a week to address issues such as leaking sprinklers which would pump water into the street multiple days a week costing our HOA money.

Selling a property in an association managed by them was a pain. They had to be chased to get termite treatment and certification so we could close (found out later they let the coverage lapse with the service provider). Cherry on top was having to shell out over $1,000 just to release owners documents (CC&Rs, etc) to the buyer.... and then they kept mailing junk to my new address concerning HOA elections I couldn't even participate in!

Susan Goodell"s review on Carla Noble is so fake it is not believable as our HOA had a meeting and she says she had inspected the property yet we have had Xmas light still up and what its almost August? Not professional and any way whatsoever. The photos tell the truth Susan where are yours?

I would not use this company to manage my dog house! The entire staff, including the owner Tony are completely incapable of handling any situation in a timely manner. They are rude, inexperienced and completely unprofessional. Unfortunately for me, I have no say as to what company is managing my condo. My unit was damaged from a fire in the unit upstairs. I had no fault in this, nor did my tenants. It took them over 5 months to repair my unit. It could have been done in 2 months, but they just kept dragging their feet. I finally had to contact an attorney and threaten them, just to get them to start working. I called one day to check on the status of the repairs and the owner, Tony, was so flustered and upset with the whole situation (he obviously had never dealt with a situation like this before and the company he hired to do the repairs, which is owned by a friend of his, hmmm... had no idea what they were doing either) that he actually hung up the phone on me! I could not believe it!

If you are looking for property management companies I would stay as far away from Pilot as possible!

This is the worst batch of management personnel I've ever seen. I'd rather let my dog put on a suit and make an effort to manage issues at my condo rather than this group. Lazy, non responsive and useless.
