My wife and I were moving out of state and trying to sell our home in Gilbert, AZ. We were ready to pull it off the market and contacted Chad to manage the leasing/rental of the property. Chad responded almost immediately and provided comp rental quotes within 20 minutes. We told him we really preferred to sell, but it looked like renting was going to be our path forward. Chad was willing to work with our current real estate agent, who was still trying to sell the house, while working with us to set it up for renting. Chad walked the property and educated us on what to expect when renting. He is very professional, efficient and a really nice guy to work with. Half way through signing our rental agreement with Chad, we received an offer to buy our home and accepted it. We are happy to sell, but had mixed feelings as we were looking forward to working with Chad and his team. He also has a really good team of gardeners, pool care and pest control contacts that he can use if needed. Calling Chad is a one stop shop that takes the worries of rental ownership off of your shoulders and puts it in the trusting hands of a truly honest professional.
