I am a non resident property owner for the past 40 years of a single family home. Imelda of Key Management was my property manager for the past 15 years, and when I was offered the opportunity to stay with the current management company or move to Imelda’s new property management company it was an easy decision for me to make: go with a proven performer by moving to Imelda’s new company. Her performance for the past 15 years has been nothing less than superb. Evidence of her performance is through results: Her sage advice and ability to build productive relationships with the tenant, my Home Owners Association, appliance suppliers, and repair personnel resulted in no tenant turnover. When the need for appliance replacement, her superb knowledge of sources for quality replacements at a good price demonstrates to the Tenant the ownership values the Tenant occupancy while controlling the owner’s cost. Necessary repairs are quickly addressed and timely corrected.
