I have been without a heater for almost 7 days now and they still haven't given a date to give us a heater. It's horrible and ridiculous.

The continued ridiculousness of this company never ended. They charged us for a clean up of trees, after a storm occurred, when we had already moved out! Then, things we new needed to be fixed, we got charged for out of our security deposit. It was supposed to be covered under the lease. Bad company!! The owner was legit. This company will rip you off.

Key Management has been caring for my rental properties for the past 8 years. They have been reliable and professional and I would recommend them to anyone that had rental property. Eight years ago I became a first time rental property owner. I was inexperienced and had no clue how I was going to make it work. At that time a co-worker of mine was renting a house that was managed by Key Management and she was very happy with her experience as a tenant. Several times she had mentioned that the property manager was "great" and that they quickly addressed any of her concerns. She recommended Key management to me and I have been happy with them ever since. They are thorough with tenant screening and my properties have never been vacant for more then a few weeks. Everything from accounting, paying city taxes, HOA requirements, repairs, and tenant needs have been handled for my by Key Management in a timely and satisfactory way. As a property owner I can appreciate the hard work and time that goes into successful real estate investing. The staff is friendly and pleasant to work with. Alison is an experienced realtor and her knowledge has helped me greatly. I have acquired a few more rental properties, and with the help from Key Management, Real Estate Investing has been a positive endeavor for me.

My experience with Key was very, very positive! Alison always took great care of me and my property. I'm an empty nester who couldn't afford to sell my house in the current market. They were very quick to respond to correspondence and tenant repair requests and explained thoroughly to me and to my tenants the terms of our lease agreement. They all have behaved ethically and professionally during the entire course of our business relationship. I can recommend them with complete confidence!

Unfortunately did not think to read these reviews until after signing the lease. House was turned over to us with grass in the yard mostly dead along with the scattered plants/trees. I made sure to run the sprinkler system for an hour everyday. We did a very in depth move in report on the interior/exterior of the house with lots of pictures, but come time to receive our security deposit back, they dinged us ~$1k for yard work and to over seed. Almost as if they knew they were going to steal from us so they looked at our report and found the one area we didn't think to document. I drove by the house 3+ weeks after moving out and the yard looks exactly the same. We also had the house spotless on move out and they charged $100 for a "lite cleaning". If you rent with Key Management DO NOT expect to receive your deposit back as we were responsible tenants and left the house better than we received it.

This is the most miserable place I have ever done business with. I rented a house through them for 8 years and the front of house staff made sure it was an uncomfortable, anxiety-filled experience every time.

Are you considering stopping by? You'll have as much fun as going to the dentist for a cleaning and getting a surprise root canal! At least you can always look forward to either Aunt Sponge or Aunt Spiker greeting you, with all the charm you'd find in that ham sandwich that you forgot in your lunchbox a week ago.

Make sure you stay to take in the historic, windowless, never-renovated fall-out shelter. The flickering lights and musty ozone sell it, but it's really the back of the house employees who don't ever look up, and drone on as though they all have kidnapped family members being held at gunpoint in the next room that complete the ambience.

I wasn't going to review them, I was so glad to be gone, but alas, FOUR MONTHS after I moved out I received a notice from collections for nearly 3000$ ! This is with no notice, no list of errors, no attempt to collect, just straight to collections. Super thoughtful move by some really caring people.

For real though, if you are a homeowner don't use this business, they will treat your renters terribly.

If you are a renter, it's not worth it. Find another place.

We live in Omaha Nebraska and have been using Key Management for the 8 years that we have owned properties in the Phoenix area. Alison and everyone there is fantastic. Alison was so much help when we were purchasing properties to help us purchase rentable homes. Whenever we call with questions or concerns everyone of the staff is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We know they are always looking out for us and have been great about finding dependable renters for us. We get letters on a regular basis of other management companies wanting us to use them but we would never think about leaving Key Management. They are a great company that you can totally trust.

We lived in our house for almost 10 years. When we moved in, there was never grass in the backyard, so there was no way of keeping up something that was never there! When we moved out they charged us $700 for grass that was never there! I'm sure if I go over there right now there will still... be no grass in that backyard. We also left this place spotless, and honestly better than what it looked like when we moved in.. Don't ever rent from this company!

If one payment doesn't go through, you're never able to make a payment with card again. You have to physically give them a cashiers check every month. Also, they evict you immediately if you're ever 12 days late on a payment. *Update* They made me move with less than a month to find a new place, after they had already given me an offer to renew the lease (which encouraged me to not prepare to move.) They charged me the entire deposit and billed me an additional $600 on top of it to fix up the house after I left. (Notice all of the good reviews are from property OWNERS! They screw the renters!)
